WorkIntel evaluates the economics and quality of defined delivery workflows. It does not capture prompts, responses, browser history, or employee activity streams.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the public WorkIntel website, pilot inquiries, and information handled while delivering an AI Margin Sprint.
The interactive product uses a qualification form, a passwordless account, a 30-day session cookie, and one private cloud workspace for each account owner. Team invitations and shared organization workspaces are not part of this release.
Information we may receive
When you request demo access or contact us, we may receive your name, work email, company, role, firm-size range, referral page, browser user-agent, and the information you choose to include in your message.
During a paid pilot, participating clients provide project-level or workflow-level aggregates such as contracted price, labor and review hours, loaded labor cost, direct software cost, write-offs, and predefined quality results. We also maintain evidence source, owner, timestamp, and approval history.
Information outside the product boundary
WorkIntel does not use a browser extension, inspect browsing activity, score individual employees, or collect AI prompts and responses.
Clients should not provide prompt text, AI response content, client deliverables, personal employee telemetry, or other confidential content unless a later written agreement explicitly changes the scope.
On-demand AI advisor
When a user deliberately generates an AI brief, WorkIntel sends a limited experiment projection through Vercel AI Gateway to the configured model provider. That projection can include workflow and service-line labels, the experiment hypothesis, aggregate baseline and pilot metrics, the quality threshold, operating-control status, and approved evidence types.
The AI projection excludes organization names, evidence notes, evidence source references, audit history, employee information, prompt or AI-response content, and client deliverables. The resulting brief is stored in the account workspace so it can be reused without another model call. It is an interpretation only: it cannot change deterministic calculations, quality thresholds, decision gates, or a recorded decision.
How information is used
We use demo-request and inquiry information to provide access, understand fit, follow up about WorkIntel, qualify a potential pilot, and administer the commercial relationship.
Pilot information is used to establish an agreed baseline, evaluate a controlled workflow experiment, compare financial and quality outcomes, maintain an evidence record, and produce the agreed executive readout. We do not treat hours saved as realized financial value without a separate, verifiable outcome.
Hosting and service providers
Railway hosts the application and PostgreSQL database. Resend delivers passwordless access emails. Vercel AI Gateway and the configured model provider process the limited projection only when an account owner requests an AI brief. WorkIntel may use other contracted providers to deliver a pilot and will identify material handling arrangements in the applicable agreement.
The public marketing pages do not use advertising trackers or query the private workspace database. We do not sell personal information.
Retention, security, and your choices
Inquiry and pilot records are retained only for legitimate business, contractual, security, and legal needs, then deleted or de-identified under the applicable engagement terms.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided by contacting privacy@getworkintel.com. We will respond subject to identity verification and any legal or contractual retention requirement.
Compliance claims
WorkIntel does not claim a security or compliance certification unless and until that certification has been independently obtained and can be substantiated.
